Reaching Through Life

Reaching Through Life: I painted this shortly after loosing my grandad and wanted to convey the beauty of life and experience and it's effect on the lives around it, with a hand reaching out branching and expanding through time, immortality granted by our effect on others. Furthermore, this features an element of artistic iconography i wish to include in more of my art, a robin, representing not a momento mori, but a momento vitae, a memory of beautiful life and life lived. This is also inspired by the works of Nunzio Paci.
